Groundbreaking artist Mysie has dropped her new single, ‘Play’. It’s a showcase of her fresh, electronic sound, with minimalistic layers of syncopated rhythm interacting beneath her smooth, effortless lead vocal. The instrumental breaks are permeated by vocal samples, and lean into their textural simplicity, crafting a danceable groove without the need for intensity. She explains that the track is “about being fearless and disregarding the rules.
